Storage In Motion thanks you for your Refrigerated Trailer rental. We intend to earn your business and to keep it. When your rental period is ending or nearly ending, we always want to know the progress of your project or event. If you will you need to extend the rental on your cooler or freezer unit, please let us know by clicking EXTEND MY RENTAL above. We offer rental period extensions of 3 days, 1 week or 4 weeks, you select how long you need to extend your rental.
Please note: As a courtesy, we will not send a driver to pick up the cooler or freezer unit until you or someone at the location notifies our office by e-mail or website pick up request below that the unit is finished, CLEANED and ready for pick up. Failure to notify Storage In Motion by e-mail or website Pickup Request form below that the unit is finished, will result in additional rental charges.
If you are finished with your rental, please complete the Pick Up Form below. Upon submission of the Pickup Request Form below, we will schedule the pickup in our next available time slot. Please unplug the unit from the wall socket ONLY and wrap the power cord around the black handle on the front of the unit. We would appreciate if you or the team could please clean and mop/hose out the inside of the unit. No one needs to be present for the pick up, our driver will take it from there.
